Fe Royale & Soul Creation is a soulful, high-energy band led by powerhouse vocalist, songwriter, and entertainer Fe Royale. Rooted in gospel and raised in the church, Fe’s musical journey began as a little girl singing her heart out in the choir, where her voice quickly became known for its passion, strength, and emotional connection. From church programs to community events, music became both her calling and her foundation.
As an adult, Fe stepped into the world of live entertainment through her first cover band, gaining opportunities to travel, perform, and connect with audiences through the timeless power of soul music. In 2022, driven by faith, vision, and a deep love for performing, she launched her own group: Fe Royale & Soul Creation.
Since then, the band has continued to grow and evolve, delivering soulful performances filled with heart, energy, and authenticity. John Bull Blues Band w/ Peggy Walker: Live at The Lyric
A dynamic blues, jazz, and soul singer/harmonica player, John stretches the traditional boundaries of blues harmonica over all these genres. The result is a unique blend of American music that's both uptown and lowdown.
John is a member of the Alabama Blues Hall of Fame and is an instructor for the Alabama Blues Project. He is also an accomplished visual artist and his artwork is available at many of his shows. He will be joined by the amazing Peggy Walker, a soulful, seasoned vocalist who has had a storied career spanning decades in the music industry.

Blackbird Pickers: Live at The Lyric
Blackbird Pickers is an Americana roots band based in Prattville, Alabama, blending a rich mix of bluegrass, country, folk, and rock. Formed in 2010, the band brings together four multi-instrumentalists with deep Southern roots and a shared love for storytelling through music. Fronted by Michael Baker (guitar, vocals, mandolin, banjo, harmonica, hi-hat) and Matt Strickland (guitar, mandolin, banjo, harmonica, vocals, kick drum), the lineup also includes Jarrad Glover on five-string upright bass and Theo Pinson on keys, melodica, and snare drum.
Drawing inspiration from legends like Bob Dylan, The Band, Hank Williams, Elton John, Robert Johnson, Tom Petty, and countless others Blackbird Pickers craft songs that feel both timeless and raw. Their 2013 album Ellisville showcases this blend — rich in harmony, steeped in Southern truth, and driven by stories of small towns, heartache, and hope. Alex Wilkerson is an indie rock songwriter based in Bisbee, AZ. Wilkerson grew up in Prattville, where he got his musical start busking outside of the Pasta Mill and later got his first paying gigs at Fox’s Pizza. Since then, Alex has played hundreds of shows across the country, from Alabama to Arizona to Oregon and a little bit of everywhere in between. Wilkerson's music is best described as atmospheric and honest, sunny indie rock. Join us for his Lyric debut as he celebrates the 10th anniversary of his first gig in Prattville.

The Lind Sisters are a soulful acoustic duo from Prattville, Alabama, made up of sisters Maggie Lind (20) and Lainey Lind (16). Blending heartfelt performances with rich, tight harmonies well beyond their years, the sisters bring a warm, authentic sound rooted in acoustic storytelling, classic influences, and genuine musical chemistry.
Known for their graceful stage presence and emotionally resonant performances, The Lind Sisters have quickly become a rising local favorite. Many may also recognize Lainey from her recent appearance on American Idol, where she introduced audiences across the country to her voice and talent.

The Lyric Summer Bash
Join us for our Summer Bash as we kick off the season with a full day of live music, food, and fun for our youth on Saturday, June 6 at The Lyric at Esther’s!
Starting at 1 p.m., Reese Graydon brings the perfect summertime acoustic soundtrack with a solo country set to ease into the afternoon. Then at 6 p.m., local favorites Custodian Funk take the stage with an energetic full-band performance packed with eclectic grooves and crowd-favorite tunes.
Families can enjoy face painting from Halee Vaughn from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., while Vibes Express and Kona Ice will be on site serving great food and cool treats from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
We’re looking forward to a summer filled with great music, community, and memorable nights at The Lyric, and we’d love for you to be part of it. Hope to see you there!

The Steel City Jug Slammers: Live at The Lyric
The Steel City Jug Slammers are an authentic American Jug Band from Birmingham, Alabama playing pre-WWII jug band and blues classics as well as weaving originals of their own. The Band is Ramblin' Ricky Tate, Jerrod Atkins, C.W. Medders, & Washtub Jay. The Steel City Jug Slammers were inducted into the Jug Band Hall of Fame in 2017 and featured on NPR's A Prairie Home Companion in 2015. Tony Brook has been on the road with his blues, americana and country folk songs since the early nineties, performing with Lucinda Williams, Steve Young, Johnny Neal, Tanya Tucker, Waylon Jennings’ Band.

Prattville Pops Memorial Day Concert: Live at The Lyric

Our talented musicians come from all walks of life, united by their love for music. Whether you enjoy amazing overtures, are mad for marches, or enjoy compelling concert pieces, you'll be swept away by the contagious rhythms and soulful melodies of our performances. Get ready to experience the thrill of a live performance with the Prattville Pops Concert Band!
The Prattville Pops community band was formed in 2002 under the direction of Mr. Ronnie Mallory. The Pops debut performance was December 6, 2002, as part of the Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony in front of City Hall in Downtown Prattville.
Although the band started small, with only fifteen members, it has grown over the past 21 years to thirty-five active members, representing all wind and percussion instruments. The large military community in Prattville has given the Pops the opportunity to have many members for just a short period of time, allowing the Pops to boast over 100 alumni members!
The Prattville Pops is sponsored by the City of Prattville and the Prattville Creative and Performing Arts Council.

The Night Caps: Live at The Lyric
The Night Caps are seasoned musicians with over 20 years of entertaining audiences all over the river region. Mark Barrett, who founded the band Basic Element in 2003, reconfigured it in the fall of 2021 to what is today The Night Caps. Mark, along with pianist, Sharon Ducote, have played large & small venues over the years including opening for Chicago at The MPAC in 2011. They will be joined on stage with bassist extraordinaire Corey Martin, flamengo & classical guitarist Brian Brantley, and drummer Joe Brewton.
Their repertoire is vast and covers R&B, bossa, blues/jazz and other genres that are heavily influenced by artists like Van Morrison, Jobim, The Maverick’s, J J Cale and John Prine. Come early & don’t miss this exciting show!

Stephen Barrett: Live at The Lyric
Stephen Barrett, born in 2002, is fairly new to playing publicly, but has had a blast branching out and growing in central Alabama. His love for music began at an early age with a wide array of music played regularly at home… there was always music playing! He is an “old soul” with a passion for older music, especially of the country genre. He grew up in Elmore County and graduated from Wetumpka High School in 2021. Some of Stephen’s greatest influences in music include Keith Whitley, Merle Haggard, George Jones, Randy Travis, Vince Gill along with a few favorites from right here in Alabama, Hank Williams, Sr. (and Jr.), Riley Green and Muscadine Bloodline.

Autauga County Schools Jazz Festival
Join us for an unforgettable evening of music as the Autauga County Schools Jazz Festival takes the stage on April 24 at 7 PM. This year’s festival features outstanding performances from the Marbury High School and Prattville High School jazz programs, along with each school’s concert percussion ensembles.
Both programs recently earned straight superior ratings at State Evaluation! The festival will be conducted by Marbury Jazz Director Brett Johnson and Prattville Jazz Director Michael Skeen.
